Meet Laurel!

What a joy to get to photograph Laurel! My daughter and Laurel go to school together at Stargate High but I had never spent much time with her before. Lila has always talked about how much she adores Laurel and now I totally understand why.

We did Laurel’s senior photoshoot session at South Mesa Trailhead in the Eldorado Canyon outside Boulder, Colorado. It’s a nice place to shoot because it’s so accessible and there are so many different areas where you can get some really fantastic senior pictures.

Laurel had the cutest white skirt and brought a bouquet of flowers to pose with at her photoshoot. The meadow area at South Mesa was just perfect for this look.

And, obviously, Laurel just has stunning hair with beautiful red tones. A photographer’s dream come true!

We had another stunning Colorado sunset this evening. How perfect was it with Laurel’s hair?

This final senior picture of Laurel was one that I played with in a new color grading software called Color.io. I love the result and need to play with this software more often.
