I had the honor of photographing Cole’s senior photos. I have known Cole’s mom for years and get to see her every week at our Master Step class at Lifetime. I know some of you remember taking step classes back in the day. Well, this is the same thing but ON CRACK! It’s incredibly fun and takes us four weeks to master a complete routine. Jesselyn is a rock star instructor.
Almost as soon as we started shooting, the wind and the rain kicked in and we knew a deluge was approaching. I grabbed a few quick shots of Cole and his younger brother. And one of the brothers with Jesselyn but then we had to call it quits for the evening.
Okay let’s try this again. This time we started the shoot in Old Towne East Lake which is a great place to photograph high school seniors.
You know I’m a sucker for a good black & white senior photo.
Cole is a big Nuggets (and sports, in general, fan) so we had to grab a quick photograph with this jersey.
You know the drill. As the soon goes down, it’s time to change clothes once again and bring out the off-camera flash lights. I LOVE working with Profoto’s B10 and B10 Plus lights.
Love this jacket that Cole brought to the shoot. It was perfect for the look I was going for during this senior photo shoot.
Cole will be attending Metro State in the fall and pursing a degree in Sports Management. He is going to be amazing at this and it fits him perfectly! Best of luck, Cole! And thank you for including me in part of your journey.
